Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

Learning Sense provides educational and learning resources, including downloadable workbooks, worksheets and other digital educational materials.

Digital Products

All products sold through Learning Sense are digital products unless otherwise stated.

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical products are shipped.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description and information provided before completing their purchase.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect file, a corrupted file, or experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, please contact Learning Sense.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or reasonable assistance to resolve the problem.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact Learning Sense with your order details.

Duplicate transactions will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, a refund may be considered.

Refund Requests

When contacting us regarding a refund or technical issue, please provide:

- Your name
- The email address used for the purchase
- The name of the product purchased
- The date of purchase
- A description of the issue

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method and may be subject to the payment provider's processing times.

Shipping and Delivery

Learning Sense currently sells digital products only. There are no physical products, shipping charges or postage fees.

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Product Ownership

The educational resources offered by Learning Sense are original materials created and owned by Learning Sense, unless otherwise indicated.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying material to the customer.

Customers are permitted to use purchased resources for their own personal or educational purposes. They may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially share the resources without written permission from Learning Sense.
